In order to change the current trajectory of the governing blue party, blue MPPs need to feel heat from their constituents.
Parents who live in red Liberal or orange NDP ridings need to take their energy, and mobilize parents living in blue ridings. This means leafleting parents at drop-off or pick-up times at elementary schools.

You could, but it wouldn’t be as effective as leafleting parents directly at schools.
Because…
We know they have students in the system and in some way, have a stake in education;
Organizing is easier with one-on-one conversations than a leaflet in a mailbox.

This is the most strategic way to bring about the change we want. Unless faced with mounting pressure, the blue Conservatives will continue with the under-funding of education and the decimation of our schools.
The goal is to engage parents living in Blue ridings and get them to talk to their blue MPP.

Education in Ontario will remain at status quo and will get worse over the next few years. We know that the conditions inside our schools are a result of the $6.3 billion in underfunding since 2018.
Students and staff in our schools will continue to suffer until the quality of publicly-funded schools is so bad that parents will look to private or charter schools for adequate staffing and resources for their kids. If you don’t like this scenario, please “adopt a riding.”
